1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the A.R.V.I.S. platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use any of our services.

2. Description of Service

A.R.V.I.S. provides a cognitive engine and operational intelligence platform for building infrastructure ("the Platform"). The Platform processes telemetry, sensor data, and operational metrics to provide insights, anomaly detection, and optimization recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any consequences thereof. You must:

• Ensure the accuracy and legality of the data you provide to the Platform.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Platform and any associated building systems.

A.R.V.I.S. provides recommendations; however, you retain ultimate control and responsibility for enacting any operational changes to your infrastructure. We are not liable for damages resulting from implemented changes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of A.R.V.I.S. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of A.R.V.I.S.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all rights to the raw data generated by your infrastructure. By using the Services, you grant A.R.V.I.S. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze this data to provide the Services to you and to improve our cognitive engine algorithms. We will not share your identifiable raw data with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A.R.V.I.S., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
